1- Photoshoots

When the photoshoot is done, you will receive a private gallery link via email after 5 working days. Rush delivery is possible at an extra fee that you can opt in for during the booking process.

All tours shown on my website are recommended from 1 to 4 persons. Group larger than 6 would be advised to book at least 1h30mins and larger than 10 persons 2hours.

2- Picture Delivery

All pictures come edited and delivered in 3600px Hi-Res JPG files. We do not provide original unedited RAWs. The pictures are sold for personal and private use (albums, social network and so on) if you wish to book the photographer for commercial or business purposes, please get in touch with us directly.

I usually deliver on time (5 days) but in case of very high and busy period it can take up to 2 to 3 working weeks

In case you lost the photos, I keep an archive of all the photoshoots and recovery cost is 50€

3- Payment

You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or 10% deposit required. Payment is due at the end of the photo shooting. Any unreasonable overdue might result in a 20% penalty fee of the total amount. You will be able to pay the due amount from the confirmation email you will receive after booking your photoshoot. If you do not wish to pay online your deposit, you can contact me to book your photoshoot. The accepted payment methods are Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Cash.

Price include all taxes and fees, invoice is provided automatically by email after payment is fulfilled.

4- CancelLation & rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule our photoshoot, you will be able to do so from the confirmation email you receive when the booking is complete. If you cancel 10 days prior the photoshoot you get full refund but the 10% reservation fees that are non refundable. If you cancel within 10 days before the photoshoot, 50% of the photoshoot will be charged the other 50% refunded. Less than 24h last minute cancellation and no shows are fully due. If you can provide anything that justifies an emergency cancellation, flight cancellation, sickness, natural disaster or such, you'll just get the 10% booking fee charged and the rest refunded. Considerable delays at the meeting point can be consider as no-shows and are not eligible for refunds. Cancellation 24h after booking are eligible for a full refund no matter how far ahead you booked.

All refunds can be subject to extra processing charges such as credit card service provider fees (Stripe) or any other fees. Refund is calculated on the regular price disregarding discounts if any.

5- Add-ons & EXTRAS services

While booking, you are offered to choose extra add-ons for the photoshoot such as horse ridding, flowers, makeup, hairstyle, transportation. You can find here some valuable informations about these extra services

  • Transportation fee is not included in the price of the photoshoot, taxis are expensive and I can arrange pick up and/or drop off through a company or by myself whatever is more convenient or available at the requested time.

  • Hairstyle and Make-up price shown is per person and at the artist salon (in Oia or Fira). The care can be done at your hotel room at extra-cost. I only work with professional and trust worthy artists.

  • Horse-ridding is available for photoshoots of 1h or more and horses can be taken in the southern part of the island in the following places: Akrotiri, Pyrgos, Megalochlori, Vlychada. Other locations can be done on request. I would not advise more than 1h but if you wish so, we can extend the horse ridding trip to 2h for 280€.

  • Flowers can be requested at booking, we can then discuss what are your preferences, you can send me inspiration pictures from internet and the budget you have and I will forward the detail to the florist!
